Apartment Villa Klokoc is an entirely renovated house situated on a private property in the village Orasac near Dubrovnik that accommodates up to 8 persons.
Villa Klokoc is a luxury apartment situated near Dubrovnik (12 km) and is easy reachable landing on the Cilipi airport (30 km). It stands on a ground near public transportation and the ferry port in Dubrovnik. You will find the supermarket at 500 m distance and the beach is only 1 km away. It is in a good position to be the starting point for many excursions on the nearby islands and even to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
This apartment is a lovely house with breathtaking view on the sea and the islands (Elafiti islands, Mljet, St. Andrew) from all rooms and the terrace. It was fitted to suit you the best and provide you a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your friends or family. The house is outside covered with white Brac stone.
Ground floor: living room with couch for six persons, LCD satellite TV 42’’, stereo, floor heating, fully equipped kitchen with cooking pane, oven, microwave, fridge, dish washer, dining room with dining table for six to eight persons, bathroom, terrace with furniture.
First floor: three bedrooms (two double, one twin bedded), work room with internet access and couch (can be a spare bed) and can be used as an additional living room, two bathrooms.
Apartment facilities: air conditioning with individual regulation in each room, wireless internet, laundry washing machine, iron, hair dryer, library with over 500 English editions, parking lot for 5 cars, outside barbeque, garden with flowers, vegetables, olive, lemon and orange trees, garden furniture.
