Situated in a rural location on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani and surrounded by green farmland, Casa Oliva is a traditional stone villa for up to 4 persons. It was built in 1920 and renovated in 2004 to high standards; the modern features are combined with traditional features of the original building.
Krenzeti is a small village situated about 7 km from the coastal town of Umag, near villages Juricani and Cepljani. The house avoids in the secluded location the hustle of the main resorts and offers a peaceful retreat and complete privacy.
On the ground floor is a spacious lounge /dining area with dining table and chairs, the living area with a convertible sofa bed and wood-burning stove, well equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities and a L-shaped bathroom/laundry room. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, both comfortably furnished and spacious enough to accommodate a baby cot. The house has its own garden, private pool (6 x 3,3 m) and outside summer kitchen for dinners with the terrace furniture. Village shop is only a 10 min walk away where you have a possibility of buying local produce from the farmers (wine, olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits, bread...).
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine; air conditioning only in the living room, barbecue, TV satellite, stereo, terrace with furniture, fireplace, garden, pool, parking lot.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, change of linen (once a week), change of towels (twice a week), tourist tax.
Baby cot available. Pets only on request.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 200 Euro.
