On the second floor of the house, accessed by evocative stone staircase, there is a pleasant living room with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining area. Upper floor is equipped with bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, an elegant double bedded room with en-suite shower room. House is surrounded by a wide, lovely garden with outdoor swimming pool (dimensions of 8 x 4 m) and equipped with TV/SAT, stereo, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, BBQ,.... The villa is suitable for a group of friend or families with older children (max. occupancy 7 people).
