Traditional, stone villa Gilea built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2017 is situated 18 km from Dubrovnik, in village Mocici. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons and it has magnificent sea view. The villa itself consists of 2 floors. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can find additional small house of approx. 60 m2 with Jacuzzi tub for 4 people and Finnish sauna. In the main house, on the ground floor there is open concept kitchen/living/dining area, separate toilet (washing machine), wine cellar, game room with pool table and darts. Villa Gilea has 5 en suite bedrooms in total: 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms situated on the first floor, where is also beautiful ''glorijet'' terrace, while on the second floor there are 2 en suite master bedrooms, each with a sofa that can be extra bed for 1 person. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and the whole house is fully air-conditioned. Outside of the house there is covered seating area with natural stone barbecue and summer kitchen, kids’ playground, heated swimming pool and outdoor shower. The house has 3 parking places. The sea is at 800 m, Dubrovnik airport at 1 km and the restaurant is at 1,5 km distance from the villa.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
From begining of June till end of September 7 days required, day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: 4 days: arrivals any day.
