This old property is newly renovated into a comfortable house with four bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Next to the house there is a small tavern with a billiards and fireplace. Villas exterior is made of Istrian stone and the interiors are made of natural materials which give an idyllic and comfortable atmosphere.
Ground floor: 1 living room (TV satellite, DVD player, air conditioning), 1 open plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), two bedrooms with bathroom (double bed, shower, sink, toilet), 1 bathroom (shower unit, sink, toilet, bidet).
1st floor: two bedrooms (2 x single beds), 1 bathroom (shower unit, sink, toilet, bidet).
Extras: private swimming pool, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, iron, oven, dish washer, toaster, refrigerator, garden furniture, BBQ and tavern with little kitchen, fireplace and billiard table, shower and cloakroom, private parking, 4 x bikes/no charge.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, change of linen and towels (once a week), pool and garden maintenance, emergency mobile phone, tourist tax, registration fee, welcome pack.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 400 Euro. Extra payment for 2 additional beds - only at request.
Minimum stay: 7 days
