The beautiful Casa Nini (renovated in 2006) is located in the village of Rakovci, only a few minutes drive away from a little town of Sv. Lovrec where you will find grocery shops, a post office, a restaurant and cafes. The coast and the beaches are only 9 km away - Lim Fjord and the resort town of Porec that is 12 km away.
The entrance to Casa Nini is from the front terrace. You can go into the spacious open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There are double and twin bedroom on the first floor, each with front terrace and nice view and one bathroom with bath. A large landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants surrounds the house and is framed with a stone wall. The front garden extends to 8 x 4 m swimming pool and whole property lays on 1000 sqm.
