The property is 1600m2 in size with some olive trees surrounded with a stone wall. The house itself is new, build in traditional Istrian architecture. The villa consists of 3 double rooms, large living room, dining room and bathroom. From living rooms there is an undisrupted view over the swimming pool and the olive growth. After a swim in the pool you can enjoy and relax in the finish sauna or lounge at the pool side. The local vinery “Siljan” is in the village where you can purchase local wines and the sea is only 2 km away, whereas Pula with its Amphitheater only 17 km.
