Villa Olimpia is very elegant and modern designed villa located in small village Splitska, on the island of Brac. It has been constructed in 2015 and is an ideal choice for families or group of friends. The house has two floors, ground floor and first floor, connected with interior star chairs. This beautiful and very attractive villa has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, all situated on the first floor. All of them have a balcony with sea view. All bedrooms, including bathrooms, have floor heating, superb audio – video equipment, safety box and A/C. On the ground floor, there are kitchen with all equipment (dishwasher, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, wine cooler, ice maker), dining and living area (SAT/TV) with exit to the swimming pool area and jacuzzi (for 8 persons), finish sauna with shower and toilet. Utility room is also on the ground floor. The outside area of this villa consists of an amazing and large heated swimming pool and sun lounges (60 m2), covered terrace with furniture and BBQ. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, warm summer evenings and chill out with your friends. There is also paved parking area (120 m2).
The nearest beach is 3,5 km away. From port of Supetar, it is very easy to reach the city of Split (with airport, 31 km), the capital of central Dalmatia. The city is more than 1700 years old and with Diocletian’s palace that is under UNESCO protection offers you splendid cultural and historical treasures to visit. Also, there are many excellent restaurants, shops, bars and various other contents to enjoy.
