Villa Eni is placed in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on the island of Brac. The traditional stone house was completely rennovated in 2009 and is now a modern equipped holiday home which accommodates comfortably up to 8 persons.
Villa Eni is situated at only 100 m distance from the sea and the nearest beach and at only 150 m distance from the town centre, where you can find the nearest grocery store and the ferry port.
The house spreads on two floors. The ground floor consist of 3 double bedrooms (1 of which has also an extra bed for 2 persons), a bathroom and laundry area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden and pool. The upper floor consist of a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room with two balconies and a bathroom. One bathroom in the villa is with bath tub, one is with shower unit and there is also a jacuzzi bath tub in one of the double bedrooms.
The outdoor area includes a nice garden with swimming pool and sun lounges, outdoor shower, separate toilet and summer kitchen with barbeque.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove (gas, electric), oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle, lemon squeezer; washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player, home cinema, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fireplace, barbeque, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, internet connection; baby cot and high chair available upon request.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance.Extra costs:
Tourist tax (obligatory): 1,40 Euro/person/day
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Extra cleaning: 120 Euro
Pets allowed (max 1 pet) - surcharge 10 Euro/day
Minimum stay:
01.06. - 13.09.: 7 days, arrivals any day.
Other periods: 3 days. Cleaning fee surcharge 120 Euro for stays shorter than 7 nights.
