This beautiful Mediterranean stone house was built by the end of the 19th century, by an old family from Viganj. They were traditional captains, travelling all over the world, expecting to always find a peaceful oasis at home.
This villa remains spacious as before and it has kept the same formula of living. Only the attic was renovated and put in function, as well as the space of the old "konoba" that was turned into the comfortable TV room. The villa was completely redecorated and this sturdy, stone mansion was refitted for luxury accommodation. The idea was to keep it the way it was more than 100 years ago and restore only the technical parts by adding additional services of modern society, combining antique and modern in a most subtle way. The swimming pool was added to give you additional luxury although the beach is in front of the house, covered with flowers and local bushes giving you natural shade. Air condition and heating is available in every room.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, daily cleaning, housekeeper, chef, bed linen, towels, tourist tax, 2 bikes, clothes washing and ironing.
The chef will take care of preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and supper. She will also provision the food, but provisions have to be paid by the clients according to the receipts from the supermarket.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 1000 Euro.
Pets are allowed.
