Villa Tempera is located on the Dalmatian coastal island of Vis near to Milna Bay, at Zenka – 9 km from the port town Vis. It sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 3 levels with terraces and kitchen on each level. The villa is spacious and lovely – there are three levels all with beautiful terraces, large sea view windows, floor-to-ceiling doors, living and dining areas inside and out. 1,200 m2 of outdoor living space with terraces, sun decks, garden, olive groves, lavender and flower gardens overlooking the sea. Down the path through the garden leads you to a stairway directly to the sea with flat stone beach suitable for lounge chairs, great swimming and mooring for your boat. Milna and Zaglav Bay with sandy beaches are both just a short walk away. A few minutes drive away are also Stoncica and Rukavac Bay with restaurants and pebble beaches.

Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with double bed, one with 2 twins, 3rd guest bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace, dining area with table for 8+ on sea-facing terrace, dining table for 10+ on back garden terrace with BBQ/grill, large terraces with sea views and dining.
First Floor: 1 bedroom with one double bed and small terrace, 1 bathroom adjacent to bedrooms, kitchen, sizable living room, dining area with table for 4+, large terraces with sea views and dining, private entrance.
Garden Level Suite: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with open plan kitchen suitable for small meals. Private garden entrance with terrace.
Outdoors: 1200 m2 of property with terraces, sun decks, garden (olives, lavender...) overlooking the sea, stone BBQ, steps to sea, outdoor shower. Amenities: wireless Internet, central heating, fireplace, 3 satellite LCD TVs, DVD player, washing machine, 2 dish washers, mosquito screens for all window and floor-to-ceiling doors.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% three months prior to arrival.

Weekly prices include: electrical power, gas, water, bed linen and towels

Extra payments:
Tourist tax: 1 Euro/day/person. Security deposit is 1000 Euro. Final cleaning cost is 150 Euro/week.
Maid service is available upon request for 13 Euro/hour (min.3 hours). Personal laundry service 20 Euro/load. Beach towel is 5 Euro per change.

A fee of 0.45 Euro per kW for usage over 300 kW is charged upon check out (300 kW is ample for normal electrical consumption; including a conscientious use of air conditioning).
