This authentic Istrian country house was built in the beginning of 20th century, on an estate of 120 000 sqm and was in 2005. completely rebuilt and luxuriously furnished. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished with top-of-the-line new or genuine antique furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries and all have TV and DVD, cable TV, phone, safe and internet connection.
The estate contains of 2 houses, the main and the guest house that together offer a nice stay for up to 10 persons. The main house spreads on 3 floors:
Ground floor: entrance hall (23m2), kitchen and dining room with a fireplace (42m2), dining terrace (50 m2), living room with a fireplace (54m2), roofed over summer living terrace (42 m2), indoor pool 7,5 m x 4,5 m, fully equipped fitness room (20 m2), Finnish steam bath, shower, toilet
Kitchen inventory: refrigerators, ice-machine, gas stove and oven, coffee-machine, mixer, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery...
First floor: master bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom
Second floor: 2 x double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
The guest house has a living room on the ground floor and a galleried double bedroom. The living room is with fireplace and bathroom, and two additional beds so a total of 4 persons can sleep in this house.
Outside: dining terrace, covered terrace, private pool, 12m x 6m, with decking surround, extensive grounds

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: VAT, tourist tax, daily cleaning (6 hours per day) and final cleaning, cook on disposal, open-air pool (12 x 6 m), indoor pool (7,5 x 4,5 m), sauna, fitness, water, power, gas, internet, bed linen- changed twice a week, if necessary more frequently, daily towel change, soaps, shampoos, bath salts and shower foams, use of washing machine, drier and iron, and if necessary the services of laundry, drying and ironing.
Day of arrival in July and August: Saturday.
Minimum stay (30.6. – 31.08.): 7 days (supplement for shorter stay: +30%).
