Villa Avena is made in traditional Istrian style with natural materials as stone, wood and terracotta. It is tastefully furnished in rustic style with attractive décor, exposed beam ceilings and stone fireplace that create a cozy atmosphere combining it with modern comforts. In front of the house is a big Mediterranean garden with various aromatic herbs. This holiday house is situated among 12 other luxury houses built in the same style, each with their private garden and pool offering peace and privacy. Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August – 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
