The village Barat is situated in Istria in a quiet, sunny position in the countryside, 2 km away from Visnjan. It stands in a good position in Istria and due to many road connections it is easy reachable from all sites of Europe. The two nearby airports are the one in Pula (50 km) and in Rijeka (95 km). The seaside distance to the beach is 13 km.
Villa Viola is a holiday home built in the traditional Istrian style with nature materials (stone, wood, terracotta) and fitted with carefully chosen furniture in a rustic style. The house offers a comfortable stay for you and your friends and family. It is surrounded with olive trees, lavender, and a Mediterranean garden.
Ground floor: open plan living room with open fire place, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, exit to the garden and to the terrace and swimming pool, double bedded room with air conditioning and exit to the garden, another double bedroom with air conditioning; open plan dining room, kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer), bath room with bath tub and WC, bathroom with shower and WC.
Upper floor: one double bedroom with bath and air conditioning, exit to the balcony, one double bedded room with bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning, balcony.
Outdoor: 15 m2 covered terrace with furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and a nice view of the garden and the country side, private pool.
In Viola’s surrounding are another 12 villas, which were made in the same style and offer the same level of luxury and comfort. Villa's facilities: air conditioning, heating, alarm system, safe, iron and ironing board, selection of toiletries, hair drier, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, plasma satellite TV, telephone, reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars), rustic style furnishings, towels and linen change once per week, garden and pool maintenance, sun terrace with deck chairs, outdoor grill, baby cot available.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.

Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
