Casa Luigi & Luisa are situated on one property in the small village of Bazjaki. They were built in 1880 and renovated in 2009 and offer a comfortable stay for up to 14 persons.

Casa Luigi & Luisa are two holiday homes situated on the same property in a small hamlet of Bazjaki. The village lies just above the truffle valley Mirna and the village of Livade in northern Istria with an uninterrupted view over the valley and the fortified tower of Motovun. The distance to the airport is 70 km (Pula) and the seaside distance to the beach is 30 km.
On the same property are situated two houses – Casa Luigi and Casa Luisa and together, they can accommodate up to 14 people. They can be rented together by bigger groups of friends or family members, or the Casa Luigi can be rented as a separate unit.
Casa Luigi consist of a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 en-suite bedrooms and wine cellar. Casa Luisa has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room and terrace.
Outside of the houses is a large garden with an infinity pool 10 x 5 m with sun deck and a summer kitchen with barbecue area.
Villa’s amenities: lounge, living room/dining room with fire place, TV room with satellite TV, kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, wireless internet, balcony, terrace with furniture, air conditioning, heating, cot available, garden, pool.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit: 400 Euro (for only Luigi), 500 Euro (for Casa Luigi & Luisa).
Dinner “Istrian specialties” from 30 – 50 Euro/person – on request.
Pets allowed only on request and free of charge.
Minimum stay: 3 days, July & August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
