Villa Marta is a traditional stone building which blends in perfectly with the surrounding countryside. Situated on the countryside it provides peace and tranquility to its guests. The nearest beach is 26 km away, in Rovinj, the airport is in Pula at 55 km distance, and the nearest centre is the small town Zminj (3 km), where you will find the nearest restaurants.
The property consists of two traditional houses, which offer a specific atmosphere of tradition, comfort and luxury; big garden, private pool, covered terrace with barbeque area and parking place.
The first house consists of: ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with open fire place, shower room, utility room with washing machine and a separate toilet), first floor (twin bedroom with en suite shower room, double bedroom with en suite shower room), second floor (two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms). The whole house is air conditioned.
The second and smaller house consists of: ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, shower room), first floor (double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom; each room has also a private balcony). The whole house is air conditioned.
Villa’s appliances: fully equipped kitchen (2x) – dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine; DVD player, satellite TV, safe, open fire place, washing machine, air conditioning; garden, pool, private parking.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities, tourist tax, final cleaning, wireless internet access free of charge.

Minimum stay: 7 days in July and August (arrivals on Saturday).
