This historic summer villa stands directly on a sheltered beach in Brsecine - a secluded and quiet bay just 20 min drive from Dubrovnik. It was a summer home of the famous Croatian poetess Cvijeta Zuzoric – its original renaissance features were preserved, restored and combined with lively and modern furniture. The villa is suitable for 7 - 10 people in four bedrooms plus accommodation for up to three additional persons (sofa bed and extra beds). The windows of most bedrooms look directly to the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned with the exception of the ground floor living room (thick stone walls make it naturally cool). There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen and the meals can be taken in the courtyard outside the summer kitchen or on the covered terrace on the first floor. On the ground floor is a magnificent large living room (vaulted ceiling) equipped as a game room and home cinema. Beach and boat mooring are within a few meters from the villa.

Ground floor: large stone courtyard with outdoor kitchen (fully equipped), terrace dining furniture, sun loungers and sun umbrellas, toilet, vaulted living room for 10 – 12 people (home cinema, music centre, games area, table tennis).
First floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (sea view), living room opens to large covered terrace (sea and courtyard view) used for dining, shower room, staircase to second floor.
Second floor: 2 double bedrooms (one has an extra sofa for one adult or 2 children), single room (an extra bed possibility), bathroom.

Villa Castello is a really unique holiday house for its beautiful seaside position, historic ambient, summer light and luxury feel to it.
