Casa Ana, built in 1903 and renovated in 2006, is located in centre of village Divsici, about 10 min drive from small town Vodnjan. Villa is furnished in traditional style and offers spacious interiors. Ground floor has open-plan living room divided in a sitting area, kitchen, dining area and toilet. Stairs from the living room lead to the first floor's double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom. Garden has a charming BBQ covered area - ideal for outdoor meals during the day or evening. There is also a private 8m x 4 m swimming pool and drive way with parking places. Whole property spreads on 120 sqm.
Villa's appliances: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD, stereo.
