The beautiful beach solar house Villa Galleria is an eco-friendly house and has spectacular elevated views on all its floors. It is extremely spacious with a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 large living/family rooms, 2 fully equipped gourmet kitchens and large outdoor terrace which create enough space for up to 14 family and friends. The main living area has a wall to wall glass door that creates an airy and light atmosphere. Indoor spaces are decorated with paintings, wood and stone sculptures by local artists that justify the name of the villa – Villa Galleria. The villa's rooftop terrace offers beautiful private and romantic views of Duboka bay and the islands of Hvar and Vis. There's a large pool with an expansive terrace. The ground floor is easily separated with its own kitchen for added privacy and independence – perfect for special guests, teens or even staff, if wanted.

Outdoor: large terraces on each floor with views over Duboka bay and nearby islands, BBQ, separate outdoor terrace and eating area
Amenities: private stairs to seaside platform, outdoor shower, large swimming pool platform with lounge chairs and umbrellas, small pool toys, 3 bicycles, indoor/outdoor ping pong table, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 1 microwave oven*,  convection oven*, 1 combination microwave/convection oven, 2 dishwashers*, 2 refrigerator/freezers, washing machine*,telephone for local calls, high speed wireless internet, 40” Sony LCD TV and DVD player, variety of DVD's and board games, cooling fans for each bedroom, luxury towels and bed linen, laptop and USB HP Deskjet printer with Windows XP and MS Office, baby cot and high chair, small safe, private parking for three cars. Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% three months prior to arrival.

Weekly prices include: solar power, water, gas, household linen and towels, Saturday linen change and maid service, mid-week garden and pool cleaning, final cleaning, kayaks, welcome basket

Extra payments: Security deposit is 1000 Euro. Tourist tax is 1 Euro/person daily.
