Villa Lotus is nested in the quiet and peaceful bay Duboka on the island Brac. Overlooking the bay with crystal clear sea and the beautiful surroundings, the villa is the ideal location to escape everyday life.
The villa is a lovely blend of elegance and seaside living so the guests can indulge themselves in relaxation while swimming in the pool or nearby beach. You can also spend the evening in the garden or on stone wall terrace.
The property consists of a main house and a cottage that were designed for easy indoor – outdoor living. It offers two levels of luxurious family living - 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious dining and living area and spectacular sea views. Close to the villa, there’s a cottage with the additional double bedroom.
This accommodation arrangement makes villa Lotus perfect for a larger family or group of friends. It is also a great location in case you are planning a special occasion. Returning to the accommodation after a day of water activities, excursions to sights on island Brac or one of the neighboring islands will make your holiday a unique experience.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% nine weeks prior to arrival
Weekly prices include: daily maid/cleaning service (1.5 hour), 24/7 housekeeper service (it is important because the villa is solar powered), daily pool cleaning/checking, garden maintenance, pick up service on Brac, house introduction, bed linen, towels, beach towels.
Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day (depends on the season)
Security deposit: 300 Euro (credit card)
Final cleaning: 150 Euro
