Villa Chiara is situated in South Dalmatia on the peninsula of Peljesac in a small village at the coast. Kuciste is situated only 5 km west from Orebic, on the foothills of Mount St. Ilija. It is at about 140 km away from Split and 119 km from Dubrovnik. Villa Chiara is a traditional stone house from the 18th century that was renovated in 2010. It situated directly by the sea (only 3 meters away) and has wonderful views to the Korcula city and other 28 islands.
Villa Chiara spreads on three floors and offers a nice stay to all its guests. The ground floor consists of living room, kitchen and dining area and there is also one air conditioning unit.
First floor: three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are with sea view and they have also an additional single bed.
Second floor: air conditioning in the hall, three double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms are with sea view. There is also a Jacuzzi room in the house (30 m2), comfortable for up to 5 persons.
The outdoor area includes grill, terrace with garden and deck chairs for up to 16 persons and parking on the street for the guests of the villa. The stunning decks have direct access to the sea and to the beach.
Appliances: fully equipped kitchen - stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, TV satellite, video stereo DVD, video library, Internet, sea view terrace, free fans, baby cot available.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, use of all amenities, tourist tax.
