Villa Mimosa is an elegant stone holiday house located in Mali Ston northwest from town Dubrovnik. It is located about 100 m from coastline, in an elevated position with sea and town view. In just a couple of minutes walking distance are the closest markets, restaurants ... This exclusive villa was recently renovated for luxury accommodation for 6 to 8 people. It stands in 800 m2 property and it is surrounded with garden, terraces and a private pool (9 x 4,5 m). The villa is air conditioned throughout.
Ground floor consists of a large beautifully furnished living room (an extra bed possibility) that has direct access to garden and front terraces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom (shower). First floor has 3 bedrooms – all with wood floor and air conditioning/heating. Main bedroom has double king-size bed and sofa (can serve as an additional bed), balcony with sea view and stairs that lead to garden area. There is also ensuite bathroom (with bathtub). Slightly smaller double bedroom has garden and countryside view and twin bedroom has garden and town view. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The property's professionally landscaped garden rises in terraces that offer a couple of secluded areas for relaxing and sun bathing, private swimming pool as well a barbecue area.

Weekly prices include: water, gas and electricity, final cleaning, household bed linen and towels, tourist tax
