This stone farmhouse in the Istrian countryside was built in 1903 and fully restored in 2003 to provide the lovely accommodation for max. 8 people.

Villa Captain Morgan is recently restored Istrian farmhouse with a private garden and pool. It is situated in village Mrgani just 7 km from small town Kanfanar (nearest grocery stores, post office, café...) and 18 km from coastal town of Rovinj. Traditional and modern in villa are blended in with great taste (exposed beams, stone walls, quarry tiles...) making a special atmosphere.
Ground floor consists of living/dining room (fireplace, TV, DVD, CD) with corner bar, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher) and twin bedroom with en suite shower room. The two wooden staircases are kept from the originals of the house in order to preserve the traditional charm and they lead to the first floor where the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath), double bedroom with en suite bathroom and twin bedroom with en suite shower room are placed.
All interiors are air conditioned. The whole property is surrounded by a stone wall and a big garden, so your complete privacy is secured not only in the house but also outdoor. Garden/pool area has two showers, large covered entertaining area with barbecue and table tennis, big enough to be the living room on the open area for your entire party, no matter the weather conditions. There are also landscaped grounds with lawn, open and shaded terraces, utility room (washing machine), cloakroom, private parking and private pool (9m x 4m).

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, change of towels (twice a week - 3 towels/person), change of linen (once a week), Internet access, tourist tax
Extra payments: Security deposit is 400 Euro.
