This beautiful property is situated on a hill above town centre with breathtaking views to the sea and surrounding islands. It is only 1,8 km from the centre of Omis with its various tourist offers of restaurants, coffee bars, sports activities, cultural and natural beauties and beautiful beaches.
The property 3 Grazie is situated on the hill above crowds and noise and offers you the perfect getaway spot for complete relaxation. The property was built on the site of an old Roman estate and during building, many Roman artefacts were found by Croatian archaeologists; the majority of these can be seen in the local museum. However, some of the artefacts were incorporated into the properties which provides an additional glow to the authentic and traditional spirit of the property. The traditional Dalmatian style of building blends perfectly with the untouched location and preserved nature of the surrounding and the garden is rich with natural Mediterranean plants.
There are 3 separate villas on the property, each with its own entrance and terrace, all sharing a common pool and barbeque area. Next to the pool with UV desinfection system there is an outdoor shower and also a separate toilet for guest use. The laundry and ironing room with washing machine, dryer and iron is also a common room for all guests. There is also secure parking for guest vehicles (for up to 5 cars).
3 Grazie are modern and fully equipped luxury stone villas, built in the traditional Dalmatian style.
Each villa (from 75 to 85 m2) consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining and living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer) and the furniture is of high quality solid wood. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a double and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower are situated. There is floor heating in each villa and each is fully air conditioned. For your safety and security, the property (outdoor area) is under video surveillance.

Payment conditions: up to 50% upon reservation and the balance payment is made 30 days before arrival to the villa.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the villa, tourist tax, bed linen and towels, wireless internet access, daily groceries delivery (guest only pays the cost of the groceries, delivery service free of charge)
Security deposit: 500 Euro
Minimum stay is 7 days from 18.06. - 03.09.2022., arrivals on Saturdays.
Other periods: 4 days. Arrivals possible on any day of the week.
Only small pets are allowed – on request.
