This beautiful stone villa was built in 1904. and renovated in 2005. and is situated in the village of Zgrablici, near St. Lovrec (3 km).

The villa is surrounded by rural countryside only 3 km away from a town of Sv. Lovrec. Distance from the sea is 8 km and from the nearest airport is 46 km. The whole property is beautifully furnished and decorated; rustic style blends with modern features. An impressive 200 year old wooden staircase leads up to the wooden beamed bedrooms, with partly exposed stone walls. Villa Janko is perfect for a family of 4 as it can accommodate only 4 people (one double bedroom + one twin bedroom).
Outside of the house there is a small attractive walled garden and an outside dining area next to the pool, to enjoy the long summer evenings.
Villa's appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, satellite TV, sauna (from 2009).
