The property is situated in the picturesque town of Momjan in Istria and is fully equipped with all modern and luxury facilities that offer complete rest and enjoyment.

There are 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with shower rooms, one with bath tub) and two separate toilets in the villa. On the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, 4 electric rings, filter coffee machine, kettle, oven), dining and living room with digital TV, Hi-Fi, Blue Ray. In the basement there are the Spa room with Jacuzzi, Finish sauna and shower, game room with pool table, table football and satellite TV. The fully fenced garden features ad 6x4 m swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden furniture, sun lounges and barbeque, parking. The villa is fully air conditioned.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance, VAT, Wi-Fi and tourist tax.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Minimum stay: 7 days in the period 19.06. - 04.09.2021., day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 5 days, arrival any day.
