In the South Dalmatia upon the hill Stolovi, 8 km from the sea, rises a beautiful villa, entirely made of stone, fully equipped for up to 12 people with the interior hand made of centennial oak wood.
Villa Stolovi is on ideal place for nature lovers in search of tranquillity and is ideal for a group or large family requiring a relaxing holiday in a peaceful, secluded location. Alongside the Split- Dubrovnik highway, 10 km past Opuzen, a separate road leads to Slivno - Ravno where in intact nature you can enjoy wonderful walks, scents of various Mediterranian herbs, offering you a unique view of the sea and Neretva canal.
Outside contents: Swimming pool (10m x 4m) with summer terrace, deck-chairs, parasols…,bowls, tennis court, children contents ( swings, slide, seesaws… ), parking spaces for all clients right outside the house.
Description of the interior:
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa (4 bathrooms) with berths for 12 people. All rooms have sea view and the entire house is air-conditioned.
On the ground floor there are two toilets, pantry, dining room (big table for 12, chest of drawers, living room, sitting set, big satellite TV, air conditioner, DVD player, stereo, furnace, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove (oven included), big fridge (ice box included), microwave oven, coffee / water machine...
There is also wine cellar in the house filled with high-quality wine sorts of this region, rakija, olive oil, Dalmatian smoked ham, cheese in olive oil... Everything in the cellar is at guest's service with additional charge. The villa has several terraces offering shade and sun and all with spectacular views to the sea and the islands beyond. A large covered terrace with table and seating, built in grill and wood burning oven offers the perfect dining area.
Overall surface of the house is cca 280 m2, overall lot surface 30 000m2.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, change of linen (once a week), change of towels (three times a week), tourist tax
Extra payments: Security deposit is 500 Euro.
Pets are allowed with additional payment.
