Situated in a peaceful position, surrounded by pine woods and unspoiled countryside in the small hamlet of Kranzeti, this beautiful holiday home is a traditional stone villa and a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The nearest mini market is at 1 km in the village of Juricani and at 7 km you will find the summer resort town Umag with its shops, bars, restaurants and vivid nightlife. The airport is 80 km away and the seaside distance to the beach is 7 km.
The house was renovated in 2004 and it has retained much of its original charm and character. Around the house is a well-maintained garden, a paved terrace and a big private swimming pool. The house offers comfortable accommodation in a calm environment; it has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a convertible sofa bed and a wood burning stove at the guests disposal. On the ground floor is also a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and washroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. The master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning, which is big enough for the whole floor. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor since the stone walls ensure ideal conditions and temperatures in the house.
Villa's appliances: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine; air conditioning in the master bedroom, barbeque, phone, TV, video, DVD, terrace with furniture, fireplace, garden with pool, parking.
