Casa Dina is a cozy stone cottage for 8-10 persons situated in village Pinezici with rural countryside, where you can enjoy complete relaxation in peace and tranquility on its 170 sqm area. In the garden there is a charming stone built summer kitchen with BBQ - ideal for outdoor meals and 9,5 x 4,5 m swimming pool with Mediterranean trees around. Pula is only 13 km distant and Vodnjan 7 km, where you can find excellent restaurant, nearest beach is 10 km away in Duga Uvala and in the evenings Pula, Rabac and Labin are excellent for eating out, sightseeing...
On the right side of the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with dining area. Next to the kitchen is a lounge (fireplace, satellite TV) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower units. Stairs lead to the spacious top floor bedroom with sloping ceilings and two single beds both of which have an additional pull out bed - making it total of 4 beds.
The outdoor area includes a covered terrace and barbeque area, private pool, garden, parking for two cars.
Extras: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, TV, satellite, DVD, table tennis, air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival
Prices include: villa rent, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, tourist tax.
Extra payments:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro. Includes: mineral water, milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam/marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 5 days, any day of arrival.
