Villa Ives is located in Bacev Do in Gruda, at 30 km distance from Old City of Dubrovnik and at 15 km distance from city Cavtat. The airport Cilipi is at 10 km distance from the property. Nearest beach (rocky, pebble) is 10 km away, shop 60 m, bar 500 m, restaurant 3 km.
Villa Ives is located in ideal position for daily excursions, not only to discover the Konavle region (surrounding villages, hills, little rivers, beaches) but also to visit Montenegro (Herceg Novi, Kotor, Budva, St. Stefan) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Mostar, Međugorje). Bicycles are at disposal in the villa and you’re free to explore the bicycle paths in the region.
Family house Ives spreads on two floors and includes a big outdoor area with well maintained garden with pool and sun lounges.
Ground floor: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, separate toilette, kitchen, big dining and living room with flat screen TV, outdoor terrace with barbeque.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The villa is equipped with all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay – air conditioning with heating, SAT TV, stereo system, CD & DVD player, kitchen with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, kettle
