The village of Barat is situated in a quiet and sunny position in the Istrian countryside, at 2 km from the town of Visnjan, where you will find the nearest grocery shop, pizzeria and other necessary facilities. The nearest beach, sport centre and a bigger shopping center is in the historical town of Porec (14 km). The village is easy reachable due to many road connections and the two nearby airports are the one in Pula (60 km) and Rijeka (95 km).
Villa Roma is a high class luxury holiday home for up to 6 persons. Situated in a tranquil and breathtaking environment of vineyards and oak forest it offers comfort combined with modern elegance. The accommodation in this villa ensures you a new experience, restful sleep and complete relaxation in its indoor heated Spa, large bathrooms with rain shower and outdoor pool. It offers the real taste of Istria and the possibility to taste the true freshness of local ingredients and best local wine.

The house spreads on two floors, that are completely air conditioned and with floor heating.
Ground floor: Living room (open fireplace, TV/SAT, DVD, CD player), freezer room, heated spa (Finnish and Turkish sauna, shower, toilet, rest room), bedroom (twin beds, en suite bathroom with rain shower, TV, open terrace to the swimming pool), utility room (washing machine, drier and separate sink, iron), dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, double electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine).
Downstairs: wine cellar with table and chairs for 8 persons, small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge for wine), TV/SAT, toilet/shower.
First floor: master bedroom (king size bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, SAT TV, balcony), guest bedroom (double bed, en suite bathroom with rain shower, TV, open balcony).
Outdoor: Mediterranean garden, several covered terraces including a barbeque area, heated swimming pool (10 x 5m; depth 1,5 m), parking for 4 cars.

Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barbeque, TV/SAT, stereo, DVD, internet connection, safe, floor heating, air conditioning, fire place, heated spa, Jacuzzi, terrace with furniture, garden, heated pool, parking; baby cot available.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Prices include: VAT and tourist tax, daily house rent and use of all amenities – heated pool, spa room (Finish and Turkish sauna), wine cellar.

Extra payment:
Security deposit is 1000 Euro.
Minimum stay: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
