Located in one of the Croatian most popular destination - Dubrovnik, villa Franica offers beautiful accommodation for 9 people in green surroundings and beach vicinity.
Villa Franica was originally built in 1960 and renovated and modern furnished in 2009. It is located in Dubrovnik, only 3 km from the Old town centre, in a more private area, natural surroundings of Dalmatian flora and small beach nearby. Due to this location, the villa seems to be miles away from the tourist crowds. The villa presents high comfort with a total of 5 bedrooms on 3 floors that are all air conditioned and centrally heated for your possible winter stay. Interiors are meticulously designed to give you a true Mediterranean feel with light colours, tasteful furnishing and sunlit rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom that can take up to 9 guests, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. There are also a fireplace lounge, laundry room, wine cellar and a fully equipped kitchen. The house (180 sqm) is surrounded by a large maintained garden with terraces and a private swimming pool (total of 600 sqm). There are couple of terraces of different sizes and on different levels for enjoying your privacy, dining out in the evening...A short hiking path leads to the sea and small beach in front of the villa.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival. Minimum stay is 3 days.
Weekly prices include: tourist tax, electrical power, water, welcome package, daily cleaning, change of linen and towels, daily pool and garden maintenance
