Villa Franica was originally built in 1960 and renovated and modern furnished in 2009. It is located in Dubrovnik, only 3 km from the Old town centre, in a more private area, natural surroundings of Dalmatian flora and small beach nearby. Due to this location, the villa seems to be miles away from the tourist crowds. The villa presents high comfort with a total of 5 bedrooms on 3 floors that are all air conditioned and centrally heated for your possible winter stay. Interiors are meticulously designed to give you a true Mediterranean feel with light colors, tasteful furnishing and sunlit rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom that can take up to 9 guests. There are also a fireplace lounge, laundry room, wine cellar and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is surrounded by a large maintained garden with terraces and a private swimming pool. There are couple of terraces of different sizes and on different levels for enjoying your privacy, dining out in the evening...A short hiking path leads to the sea and small beach in front of the villa.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: electrical power, water, welcome package, cleaning every second day, change of linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance, tourist tax, Wi-Fi.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
