The villa spreads on 450 m², of which 280 m² comprise living area with 3 double en-suite bedrooms and 2 toilets, perfect for accommodating up to 8 persons. With a wide range of amenities and services, such as private swimming pool, spa and gym area, sauna, personal concierge services, this villa will provide its guests with exceptionally high standard in holiday villa rentals.
Villa’s amenities: a swimming pool, sunbeds, beach towels, garden, summer kitchen, spa and gym area, sauna, fully-equipped kitchen, personal concierge services, garage, e-bikes, electric vehicles’ power supply, a car (7-seater BMW 2 Series Tourer 218D Automatic), balcony, alarm system, safety deposit box in each room, security cameras, LCD TV, A/C, surround audio system, baby cot (upon request).
A garage (with e-bikes, electric vehicles’ power supply, a van), spa and gym area with a toilette are in the basement of the villa. The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room and a toilette. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, from which you can easily access the garden. On this level you can find an outdoor pool and a Mediterranean garden. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds and balconies. It is possible to add an extra bed for children in each of these rooms. The entire villa is also equipped with air-condition and a surround audio system. The surrounding area is covered by security cameras and the villa is equipped with an alarm system to increase the level of your safety.

Price includes: transfer from and to Dubrovnik airport, welcome gift baskets, personal concierge and villa manager, daily cleaning, housekeeping service and laundry service, fresh continental breakfast delivered daily (cereals, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, freshly baked bread and croissants), e-bike, 2 x local transfer per day
