Playroom with table tennis and utility room (washing machine, iron) are in the basement. From the ground floor there is an exit to the outdoor covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue, a swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with heating function and a playground for children. The outside part of the villa also has a shower, 2 sun umbrellas, 8 deck chairs, a toilet and a trampoline. The house provides parking for 4 cars and a charging station for electric vehicles. In Medulin, the most popular summer resort in Istria, only 2 km away, you can find the nearest beach, supermarket, petrol station and various sport activities.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the villa, pool and garden maintenance, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT and Wi-Fi.
Security deposit: 400 Euro
