Kameni dvori is a complex of renovated stone houses with big garden and traditional „konoba“ in Konavle region, near Dubrovnik, suitable for groups 8 – 11 guests.
Kameni dvori are located on a quiet location in village Lovorno in the region of Konavle, a 25 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. Renovated in 2009, this old family estate (2500 m2) has a rich history and it is built from traditional materials, stone and wood, that makes it an ideal spot for a comfortable and luxurious holiday. The house is divided in two connected parts with an area of 160 m2 and can take 8 persons in 4 bedrooms and 3 on additional beds (total 11). All the interiors are air-conditioned. Ground floor (106 m2) has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, two larger bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, smaller auxiliary room and pantry. Both from front and back sides of the ground floor are covered terraces. First floor (54 m2) has a small kitchen and living room (with an additional bed for 2), double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.
Whole estate has terraces, garden areas and lounges on different levels. A private pool (8,5 x 4 m) area has all the necessary for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Near the pool is a dining area with summer kitchen and barbecue. Traditional „konoba“ from the 16th century is also a part of the estate – it is a great spot for enjoying the local wines and dishes. On the back for the houses is a park with oak trees that leads to a wood with Mediterranean trees. There is also a lookout spot from where you can see whole Konavle area and sea in the distance. There is one covered parking spot and 4 additional spots on the estate.
Villa's equipment: terraces furniture, safe box, fireplace, air conditioning, Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms, baby cot (at request), stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, SAT TV, stereo line, CD/DVD player, internet access, iron and ironing board, ice maker, hair dryers...

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, change of towels every 3 days and bed linen once a week, tourist tax
Extra payments: Security deposit is 500 Euro.
Minimum stay is 3 days out of high season and 7 days in high season .
