Villa Lantoni is situated on a hill with a beautiful view on the bay of Mlini. Mlini is a small place at only 10 min drive from the old town of Dubrovnik. The Villa is at 8 km distance from the Dubrovnik airport. Within a 15 minutes walk you will find the nearest restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, post office and all other facilities you might need. The nearest pebble beach is reached also by a walk of 15 minutes and the sandy beach is only 2 km away. Placed on a hill and in a residential area of Mlini among other family houses and a little bit away from the centre, it is recommended that you have a car at your disposal during the stay in this lovely villa. A narrow uphill road leads from the highway through the residential neighborhood to villa Lantoni and once arrived on this gorgeous private property, you will enjoy a luxury stay in a tranquil surrounding with a divine look to the sea, bay Mlini and to the Elafiti islands.

The house spreads on 3 floors and offers unforgettable holidays for everybody looking only for the best. The interior offers comfort and privacy for the most demanding guests. The entire villa is tastefully designed and furnished with modern and antique furnishings.
On the ground floor there is the private indoor-outdoor swimming pool with sea-view and whirlpool, Jacuzzi, a pool bar with cooled drinks and large sun-bathing terrace, fitness equipment, mini wellness center. The large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining area is surrounded with the Mediterranean garden with plants and herbs and is the ideal place to enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view of the area. There is also a spacious garage, parking and video surveillance for your complete safety.

On the first floor there is a big glass walled living room with exits to the terrace and balcony, work room, kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a junior suite. The bedroom and the living room have beautiful view on the Mediterranean garden, the Adriatic Sea, the bay Mlini and the nearby islands. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one double, one room for 3 persons with one double and one single bed and the deluxe suite) all with en-suit bathrooms, satellite television, hi-fi device, air conditioning, telephone, Internet and safety vault. There is also a cloak-room and a living room with mini bar and exit to the balcony.

Villa’s amenities: gym, Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, log fire, private indoor/outdoor pool (heated), internet, central heating, air conditioning, DVD-player, satellite TV, CD-player, telephone, fax, Wi-Fi, toaster, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, linen and towels, balcony/terrace, garden, BBQ, secure parking. For your safety and security, the property (outdoor area) is under video surveillance.

*Villa Lantoni is big and spacious enough and on request it can take up to 20 persons, but in that case not only the prices but also the conditions of villa rental are changed. In that case, the apartment on the ground floor with two more bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen is opened and put on the guests disposal.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% one month prior to arrival.

Price includes: daily house rent, use of all amenities in the house, electricity, water, daily maid service (cleaning service of about one hour daily).

Extra payment:
Tourist tax: 1 Euro/person/day.
Security deposit: 1000 Euro.
Use of the telephone is paid by usage.
Use of other services that are not included in the standard package.
