Villa De Metra is situated at only 2 km distance from the famous hill of Motovun (grocery store, restaurants). The sea and beaches can be found at 25 km distance from the property. Position of this villa is ideal for all guests who wish to have a relaxing vacation, away from the city noise and to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding nature.
Villa De Metra spreads on three floors and has a nice garden with private pool.
Ground floor: living room (TV/SAT, DVD), connected kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee filter machine), dining area (air conditioning), toilette (washing machine, iron).
First floor: 2 x double bedroom with en suite shower room (hair dryer), safe, air conditioning. The two bedrooms share the terrace.
Second floor: double bedroom with en suite shower room (hair dryer), twin bedroom with en suite shower room (hair dryer). Both rooms are with air conditioning and they share a terrace.
Outdoor area: covered summer kitchen with table and chairs, barbeque built in stone, shower, swimming pool (8 x 4,5 m; depth 1,3 m), Finnish sauna.

Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets allowed: 20 Euro/pet/day (max 2).
Minimum stay: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays.
