Villa Nora was built in 2010 on the hills above Orasac near Dubrovnik, at only 1 km distance from the sea and the beach. Airport Dubrovnik is at 26 km distance from the property.
This new and modern house offers spectacular panoramic view of the sea as well as a comfortable atmosphere to all its guests.
Upon entering the villa (second floor) you’ll find a large living room with dining and kitchen area, equipped with all necessary facilities (satellite TV, DVD, large dining table etc.). There are 4 double bedrooms in the villa, each with a private bathroom, satellite flat screen TV and amazing sea view. The outdoor area includes an 8 x 3,2 m infinity pool, garden and parking.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – coffee filter machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine; LCD satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi Internet, barbeque, safe, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, sea view terrace with furniture, sea view balcony, garden, private pool, parking.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax, final cleaning, VAT.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Minimum stay:
05.06. – 31.08.2021.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 3 days
