Villa Viviana, built in 2011, is situated between Porec and Pazin in a small Istrian village Rakovci, 7 km from the sea. Porec, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 15 km away from the villa. Villa Viviana has spacious partly fenced garden (over 4000 m2), private pool, 6 sun chairs, shower, BBQ, covered terrace with table and chairs, parking and it is surrounded by nature. Its position is perfect to take long walks or go bike riding. The villa itself is suitable for 5+1 guests, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it is partly air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped, there is SAT TV in the living room, air-conditioning, exit to the covered terrace. Shower room with washing machine is also on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with portable A/C, single bedroom with pull-out bed for 1 person, shower room with hair dryer, hall, A/C. For those who like an active vacation, great variety of sports activities is available near the house: bike roads, walking roads, sports activities at beaches Vrsar or at Lim Fjord, or maybe diving in Zelena laguna. Guests should also visit nearby destinations such as Venice (Italy), Vrsar, Rovinj, Euphrasius Basilica in Porec and National park Brijuni.
Nearest restaurant is at 500 m distance, grocery shop and gas station are at 2 km, pharmacy at 15 km, Istralandia Aquapark at 28 km, golf course is at 49 km while Pula airport is at 46 km distance.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Pets are allowed, max 2: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
7 days, arrivals any day of the week.
In the period between 17.06. – 02.09.2023., day of arrival is Saturday.
