Villa Lara is a newly built villa that sleeps comfortably up to 8 guests. It is located in the peaceful village of Ribari, near Sveti Lovrec (5 km distance, post office, grocery store, restaurants). The beach is at 20 km distance from the property and the Pula airport at 40 km.
This modern and tastefully decorated villa spreads on two floors and has also a nice outdoor area with garden and pool.
Ground floor: connected kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 4 electric rings, toaster, microwave, kettle), dining and living area (sofa bed for 2 persons), air conditioning, exit to the pool area; double bedroom (exit to the pool area, air conditioning), bathroom with shower, utility room (washing machine, iron).
First floor: double bedroom (en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning), double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, exit to the terrace (“baladur”), air conditioning.
Outdoor area: heated pool (8 x 3,5 m), covered terrace with furniture, barbeque, parking for two cars.
The guests have at their disposal in the villa also table tennis and 4 bikes.
Next to villa Lara is our beautiful Villa Laura**** and these two neighboring villas are the ideal combination for larger groups of friends and/or family members (up to 20 persons).

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, pool towels, bluetooth speaker, tourist tax, Wi-Fi Internet, 4 bikes and table tennis.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Pets: on request.
Minimum stay:
19.06. – 28.08.2021.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals possible any day of the week.
Pool heating: up to 26˚C, 20 Euro/day
