Villa Marlena is an enchanting stone villa suitable for 6 to 8 people. Situated in a serene village of Ribari in the heartland of Istria makes an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy peace and natural beauties. Being only 7 km away from Sveti Lovrec, one of the best preserved medieval towns in Istria, provides you an opportunity to go sightseeing, visit café bars, pubs, traditional restaurants or do shopping at local grocery shop. In case of need, there is also a small post office and ATM machine or you can drive to Poreč which is 21 km away from the villa.
Villa Marlena consists of ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor comprises kitchen connected to the dining and living area (couch for 2 persons) where you can play pool if you are in for it. Fitness room is also located on the ground floor. The first floor of the villa has 3 en suite double bedrooms, all air conditioned and one with an exit to the balcony.
Outside villa Marlena there is a parking space, a massive garden of 3000 m², a swimming pool of 35 m² and covered terrace with BBQ area, tables and chairs, suitable for enjoying good company and freshly prepared meals.
Villa’s facilities: fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, pool table, gas hub, fitness room, Wi-Fi, BBQ, swimming pool.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, change of bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay: 7 days; day of arrival – Saturday.
