Villa Carrie is situated in Rogovici, a small village near the town Novigrad (10 km). On this fenced property (370 m2) there is the villa which spreads on ground and first floor – ground floor consists of connected kitchen, dining and living area. First floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedded room and 2 shower rooms. Two double bedrooms have an exit to a shared balcony with sea view. From the kitchen you can easily exit to the covered terrace with furniture for outside dining. At the outdoor area there is a private pool with 6 sun lounges, shower and portable BBQ at your disposal. Seaside towns of Porec, Vrsar and Pula, National Park Brijuni and the medieval hilltop towns of Groznjan and Motovun are close to visit.
Villa amenities: fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 electric rings, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster), A/C, SAT/TV, utility room with washing machine, hair dryer, outdoor swimming pool with shower (8 x 4 m; depth 1,5 m), deck chairs and sun umbrella, Wi-Fi, BBQ and parking place.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels changed once a week, pool towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, parking, tourist tax
Security deposit: 250 Euro
Pets are not allowed.
*Two extra children can be accommodated on second bunk bed at extra request.
Minimum stay: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays.
