Villa Isabel is an enchanting holiday home with beautiful stone architecture which is in complete harmony with the surrounding. It is placed in the small village of Smolici, at 20 km distance from Porec (sea and the nearest beaches). The nearest restaurant is placed in Baderna, at 6 km distance from the villa.
The traditional style of building creates a special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition and comfort. Villa Isabel expands on two floors. On the first floor, there are the kitchen and dining room (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, table and seats for 8 persons), living room (satellite TV, internet wireless, DVD player, fire place). The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom (with bath tub) and a bathroom with shower, a small room with extra bed for two persons. The outdoor area includes a private pool, garden, covered barbeque area with summer kitchen (fridge, sink, gas stove, table and chairs for up to 6 persons), parking place for two cars, two toilettes.
Villa’s appliances: fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher), washing machine, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet, terrace with furniture, safe, fire place, cooling fans, heating, garden, barbeque, parking for two cars, private pool, table tennis, bikes at extra charge.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, tourist tax, final cleaning.
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Pets allowed: 8 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: 7 days in the period 20.06. - 29.08.2020., day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 3 days.
