Villa Casa Ava was built in 1938 and renovated in 2010. It is situated only 12 km away from the main touristic resort town Porec in a perfect position to explore the whole Istrian peninsula. The towns Baderna and St. Lovrec are only few minutes’ drive away and there you will find grocery shops, post office… The holiday house itself is situated at the end of the village among other houses and it offers peaceful and quiet relaxation with magical views of the surrounding area.
Casa Ava is and old traditional stone building on the outside, but during the renovation in 2010 the interiors were furnished and decorated in a modern way. The villa consists of a small cottage with two beds, shower and a toilet and a house with open plan kitchen that is fully equipped, living room on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the first floor. Outside there is a covered barbeque area, outdoor furniture, deck chairs and umbrellas, garden and the pool.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, satellite TV, DVD, internet, terrace with furniture, pool, parking, garden.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Minimum stay: July and August - 7 days (from Saturday).
