Villa Grace is a newly built house in modern stile that offers relaxing holidays for all those who seek peace and want to explore the natural beauties. Only 6 km from Porec, where are restaurants, shops, bars, banks, petrol station, museums, and there you can also rent a boat, a bicycle etc. We highly recommend you to visit Euphrasian Basilica to enjoy cultural greatness. The nearby cities Vrsar, Rovinj and Pula are truly historical treasures, and the famous national park Brijuni with its untouched nature and beautiful islands is definitely a place to visit. The nearest airport is in Pula, 60 km away.
Villa has ground floor with completely equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher), dining room and living room (SAT/TV) from where you can easily exit to covered terrace with garden furniture and all other facilities. Also, on the ground floor there are one bedroom with double bed and bathroom (with washing machine). On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, one of them has its own balcony, one twin bedroom with separate beds and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Whole space of the house has A/C and Wi-Fi.
Villa Grace has stunning private swimming pool with roman scale, 8 sun lounges, 2 umbrellas, outside shower, BBQ area in stone and parking with two places.
For bigger group of friends or couple of families who are travelling together we can offer you a magnificent villa Fiona, which is very near to villa Grace.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, pool maintenance, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi and tourist tax.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
7 days. Arriving day is Saturday.
