Villa Kalisi is a beautiful and modern villa, in small village Veznaveri near Porec, in Istria. The nearest beach is 7 km and the nearest airport is in Pula, at 60 km distance. This villa has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. Situated at the fenced property with private swimming pool and garden, Kalisi offers completely relaxing holiday having all amenities that you might need during your stay. Villa Kalisi was built in 2016 and spreads onto two floors. At the ground floor, there are completely equipped kitchen (Espresso coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, fridge/freezer), dining room with large table for 8 persons and living room with glass-encased fireplace and SAT/TV, where from you exit to the covered terrace with swimming pool area. In the same part of the villa there is utility room with dishwasher and another one in the hall with washing machine, iron and safe. One en suite double bedroom with SAT/TV and bathroom with shower is situated at the ground floor. At the first floor there are three bedrooms, each one with private bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms are double bedded and the third one is twin bedded. One double bedroom has exit to the terrace while the twin bedroom has exit to the balcony. All bedrooms have SAT/TV. Entire space of the villa has Wi-Fi, A/C and floor heating.
Outside area is ideal to spend pleasant moments with your friends or family. Consists of swimming pool with 8 sun chairs and 1 umbrella, al fresco dining zone with stone table, covered terrace with furniture, shower room (with washing machine) and parking for two vehicles.
Porec is only 6 km away and with its cultural and historical heritage under the UNESCO protection, many bars and excellent restaurants, simply invites you for a daily trip. Rovinj and Pula are also not far away and are highly recommended to visit.

Payment condition: 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, pool and garden maintenance, bed linen and towel change, pool towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT and Wi-Fi.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are allowed: (1 max) – 10 Euro/day.
Minimum stay:
7 days. Arrivals any day of the week.
23.06. - 01.09.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Baby cot: available on request.
