Apartments Marta***

The modernly equipped Marta apartments are located near the beautiful beach of Dugi Rat.

Apartments Marta are situated in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of Dugi Rat, 25 km from Split. The newly built house consists of two modernly equipped apartments - one apartment for 2 + 2 guests, the other apartment for 5 + 2 guests and both apartments have a beautiful sea view.

Apartment 1 (2 + 2): This apartment has 40 m2 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining room. The bedroom is with a double bed, the bathroom with shower cabin, the kitchen is well equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, mixer, water kettle ...) and in the living room is SAT TV.

Apartment 2 (5 + 2): This apartment has 90 m2 and consists of one double bedded room, one twin bedded room, one single room, bathroom with shower cabin and there is a separate toilet in the apartment. This apartment has also a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, mixer, water kettle...), a spacious living room with satellite TV and with sofa bed for two persons.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and they have a balcony with great sea view, where you can spend relaxing moments with your friends and family. The house has secured parking and is located near all amenities. To the town center is 400 m and the beautiful beach is only 300 m from the house, 200 m away are the shop, bus station, exchange office and pharmacy.

Payment conditions: 50% for booking confirmation and 50% three weeks before arrival in apartment.

The price includes: apartment rent, use of all equipment in the apartment, towels, final cleaning, VAT, Wi-Fi.

Extra payments:
Security deposit – 150 Euro/apartment.
Tourist tax: up to 1,40 Euro/person/day (depending on the season).
Additional cleaning costs 80 Euro.

Baby cots and baby high chair are available on request.
Pets are allowed.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Day of arrival: any
