Apartments Sonja
The Apartments Sonja are four apartments in the same house, that was renovated 2005. The house is situated at the border of the village of Milna on the island of Brac near the beach and the marina. The ferry port is 18 km away but there is a bus stop at 2 km, the town centre with grocery shop and exchange office is at 1.5 km. The house is modern and newly built and it consists of four separate apartments of the same type. There are two apartments on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor, each occupies a surface of 45 m2. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, one in each apartment, 4 kitchen / dining rooms / sitting rooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 terraces (each 10 m2), 4 balconies; a garden with terrace, outdoor swimming pool (24 m2) and parking. There are 8 fixed beds in the house; each apartment has a double bedded room and the possibility for an extra bed for additional 2 persons, so in total there is enough room for 16 persons. The apartments are equipped to fit your needs during your stay in Croatia.
Amenities in each apartment: fully equipped kitchen - stove (2 electric plates), oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee and tea machine, washing machine (shared), air conditioning, satellite TV, hair drier, iron, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, sun beds, baby cot and high chair on request available.
Ground surface is 400 m2, each apartment is 45 m2, pool surface is 24 m2.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: tourist tax, daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towel, garden and pool maintenance.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August; other periods shorter stay is possible.
