Apartments Vicko
Apartment villa Vicko is located in the centre of picturesque village Sumartin on island Brac near Split. This traditional Dalmatian stone house that was completely renovated in 2009 is actually right by the sea and close to the shops, coffee bars and restaurants. It consists of two studio apartments but to protect guests' peace and privacy, it can only be reserved as a complete unit with garden and pool .
Both apartments have double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with sitting room (sofa with extra bed for person) . The interiors are tastefully designed and both apartments are equipped with all you might need during a stay. There is also a garden with private swimming pool where you can enjoy a sea view and parking for the guests.
Apartment Vicko is ideal for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural beauties and sea activities on island Brac. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.
Each apartment consists of: double bedded room, bathroom with shower unit, kitchen and sitting room (sofa for 1 person). Apartments share terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ area, garden, private swimming pool, outdoor shower and parking.
Equipment in each apartment: washing machine, air conditioning, heating, TV, internet access, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer
Surface area of the property: 250 m2, surface area of each apartment: 62 m2, pool size 28 m2

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: daily rent, electricity, water, initial cleaning, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax
Extra payment is security deposit – 150 Euro.
