Beautiful and luxury rooms, situated in an elite location in Dubrovnik, only a couple of meters away from the sea, offer a pleasant stay for your holidays in Croatia!

Rooms Toni are situated across the road from harbor Gruz, at only 20 m distance from the sea. The bus stop is only 50 m away from the house and the Old town of Dubrovnik is a 10 minutes bus ride away. Accommodated in these rooms, you have the possibility to discover the beauties and rich cultural offer of Dubrovnik, visit the nearby Elafiti islands as well as other beautiful islands (Mljet, Korcula) in South Dalmatia by simply making daily excursions.
The rooms are placed in a traditional stone house which extends on ground floor and two upper floors.
The first and the second floor of the house consist of 5 bedrooms, which share the common area (kitchen and dining room). The first floor consists of a saloon with TV and satellite receiver, kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. There is a small gate on the wooden staircase so in case the suits are rented as separate units, the guests don’t interfere with each other. On the second floor, there is also a beautiful fireplace and period furniture. Each room can be rented separately but each floor can also be rented as one unit or the two floors together as one duplex suite.
The ground floor consists of three modern and multifunctional suites and there is also a shaded terrace for the guests use.
